Staff-Parish Relations Committee
Known to some as "Pastor-Parish Relations (PPR) Committee", the Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC), is used because the committee relates to the entire staff, both appointed leadership and employed lay leadership.
This committee is the church's administrative unit in which the lay and clergy leaders integrated the staff and congregational interests to focus on the mission of the church.
